You are registering your organisation to become a PEXA Subscriber

Your Subscriber Manager will manage your PEXA Account. Watch this video to get started:

Anyone can complete the online registration on behalf of the subscribing organisation. NB. In the final step of the registration process contracts, including the PEXA Participation Agreement, will need to be executed by an authorised signatory of your organisation.

The Subscriber Manager, nominated as part of step 1, is responsible for the administration of your PEXA account and will receive important PEXA notifications. The Subscriber Manager will also receive the first Digital Certificate.

Whilst the decision as to who fulfils this role is up to you, it is recommended that this person be a lawyer or licensed conveyancer and be authorised to sign contracts on behalf of your organisation.

Those who sign the PEXA Participation Agreement on behalf of the your organisation will be required to complete a VOI check. There are a number of ways in which this can be completed and PEXA will provide support to do this.

What do you need to complete your registration?

The number of Digital Certificates needed will depend on the number of people who will be signing documents on behalf of your organisation. Additional Digital Certificates can be ordered at any stage.

Each Subscriber is required to obtain and maintain at least one Digital Certificate which can be used to digitally sign documents and the financial settlement schedule in PEXA. The first Digital Certificate will be issued to your nominated Subscriber Manager.

The number of Digital Certificates needed will depend on the number of people who will be signing documents or the financial settlement schedule on behalf of your organisation. Note: For Practitioner Subscribers, it is a requirement that the signer of documents in PEXA must be a licensed conveyancer or lawyer. Additional Digital Certificates can be ordered at any stage.

Note: The first Digital Certificate will be issued to your nominated Subscriber Manager.

Once registered, your firm isn't obliged to conduct all its transactions via PEXA.
