The Eligibility Criteria for becoming a PEXA Subscriber is set out in the Model Participation Rules which are published by The Australian Registrars’ National Electronic Conveyancing Council (ARNECC). The Eligibility Criteria includes the Insurance Rules set out in Schedule 6.
The Land Registries in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia and South Australia have recently issued partial waivers of the Insurance Rules for non-ADI lenders who hold an Australian Credit Licence. To view the waivers, please refer to the ARNECC website.
